Bergamot

Medium to large citrus tree. Often referred to as the Bergamot Orange, the fruit is neither orange or lemon. A unique citrus where both the leaves and the fruit are highly fragrant, with the oil in the skin of the fruit used to flavour Earl Grey tea, as well as sweets and perfumes. The fruit is not palatable.
