About Our Rose Range
New season stock of Roses is expected to arrive from late May through to June! Includes standard & bush.
Roses have been around for thousands of years and are still the most popular plant to grow in gardens around the world. With over 100,000 different varieties, roses are available in a huge range of different colours, shapes, styles, fragrances and growth habits.
The two common types of roses we have on hand are: Floribunda and Hybrid-tea.
Floribunda – These flower in groups or clusters, resulting in a bush or standard with masses of blooms that usually sit quite close to the main foliage.
Hybrid Tea – These typically bloom on the end of long, elegant stems, making them very popular as cut flowers. The blooms also tend to be large, tall, and pointed in some cases.
We only get new roses stock once per year, starting in late May through mid-July. The varieties we stock are listed below, but please contact us for availability.
As part of regular maintenance, once our roses finish flowering, we cut them back to encourage more blooms as the season goes on. At times, there may be plenty of roses to sniff, while other times, not so much.
While we have a good range, some are more popular than others, so once they’re sold, we don’t get more until the following year.
