Arnold Blood Orange (Citrus sinensis ‘Arnold Blood’)
Arnold Blood is a newer variety discovered by Mike Arnold in South Australia. A true blood orange, it produces smallish fruit with an orange to dark red, streaky flesh and a slight red blush on the skin. While this variety produces a good red pigmentation in Sydney and coastal climates, it does colour much better in cooler climates. The tree itself is compact and bushy, making it suitable for pots or a small garden.
